welcome to the Institute for Metropolitan Transformation. Our comprehensive Studio project. Design by Sarah Williams & Talicia Wagner. 3D model and renderings by Talicia Wagner.  The site is 10th ave & 5th St SW, in Calgary AB right along the CPR tracks, adjacent to the 5th street underpass. The program of the building includes a bookstore [pictured above] a 250 person auditorium, the Calgary Contemporary Museum [a three story art gallery and atrium], a 200+ person restaurant with an open concept kitchen, administration and office space t that includes a two-story library.
